2. Logo Discussion
Our logo designer will contact you after receiving our creative brief. We will discuss with you about the logo style that you want to ensure you get your lovely logo at the end.
3. Logo Concepts
In just 5-7 working days, we will send you the design concepts, you just choose the one that you like and give us some feedback. From your feedback, we will revise the best version for you.
4. Unique Logo
Upon receiving confirmation of final and unique logo, we will send you logo in AI file format in vector file type via online transfer.

What if I want to make a change to a logo?
That’s no problem at all.
After we complete the logo, we will sending you the few logo concepts (depending on the package you choose) for your to pick. At this point, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if required.
You can request as many changes as you want, however up to 4 revision rounds are included within the typical project scope. In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be charged at a cost of RM200 per revision round, and will be added onto the final invoice.
What if I do not like the logo design I get?
We would try our best to work on your logo design till you end up falling in love with it. Normally it never happens with any of our customers, but in case you really do not like your logo design for some reason, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
I have a logo design project that need to complete by tomorrow, can you do it?
This is absolutely not possible. Sorry, “I’m a designer, not a miracle worker!”.
How does copyright work?
On completion of the logo design project, and once payment has been made, the copyright for the final agreed logo is automatically transferred to you. Copyright protection means that the copyright holder of the work retains exclusive rights to print, display and distribute the design.
This is what’s transferred to you, and means you can do anything you want with the logo. We only ask that we can include the logo in my portfolio as an example of work carried out.
